31.4 Selection of 3 pictures

For the first photograph I picked a photo that didn't show much colour and objects. It's more of a simple photo that I tried to use negative space on for the main title sequence. I had a friend sit down next to me and face away so that the back of the head was facing me. The wind was blowing so that the hair was flying everywhere. This along with the negative blurry space of the tunnel gives the picture a certain atmosphere of loneliness and mystery as to who the person is. I selected it as it brings a sense of mystery to the scene.

This second photograph I picked I tried to use rule of thirds so that it could focus more on the boy and the graffiti right beside him. But it didn't work out so this was the outcome of that attempt and it turned out to be an okay photograph that I used in the final title sequence. The colour is a dimmer shade so that the atmosphere of the title sequence won't get ruined by bright colours.

This third photograph shows a model playing the main character role. Again the colour has been dimmed to fit the theme of dark pictures in the sequence. I had to aim the camera away from the light so that there would be less exposure in the photograph.
